How will the WonderGirls carry out their promotions in China?

Year 2009 is a mix of triumphs and failures for the Korean entertainment industry.
The popularity of hallyu, or the Korean wave, continued to captivate fans in different Asian countries, notably Japan and in the Southeast Asian region. One girl band succeeded in entering the Billboard charts.

Girls Generation(Gee and Tell me your wish) who almost swept the year-end awards and Wonder Girls who ranked 76 on Billboard chart after their US debut, the two groups were one of the singers that achieved the biggest successes this year.

Channel V, Thailand’s first music channel recently posted their annual Asian TOP 50 Year End Chart for 2009 and K-pop dominated the charts.
It seems SM Entertainment is really popular in Thailand as the chart is littered with their artists including Super Junior, SNSD / Girls’ Generation, TVXQ / Tohoshinki, and SHINee.
